Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take

The staff was friendly and attentive,, and the dining options were decent. The outdoor seating area overlooking the river was a fantastic place to relax.

Parking fees were exorbitant, and the cleanliness in certain shared areas was lacking. The loud environment outside made it tough to unwind.

SpringHill Suites exceeded my expectations during our road trip. The spacious river view room offered a relaxing retreat, and the outdoor patio was perfect for unwinding. Minor downside, parking fees felt a bit steep. Overall, a delightful stay that embraced that classic Americana vibe.

Just a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Chattanooga with good price value. Staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Charming River Views, but Needs Some Care

Our short stay was pleasant, with stunning river views. The staff's warmth was a highlight, but the room felt basic for the price. An upgrade might be overdue. For dinner, be sure to explore nearby dining options—Chattanooga has great eateries! Bring your own snacks to enjoy by the river.

Had a great time relaxing on the lovely patio with fireplaces and enjoyed the large and clean suite. Breakfast was tasty, too! Would stay here again for sure.

You gotta try the sandwiches at Rolling J's Sandwich Shop, they hit the spot! Plus, the outdoor seating area at the hotel is a chill place to unwind with a view. The room is spacious and a steal for the...

I absolutely loved the stunning views of the Tennessee River from my room, creating a peaceful backdrop during my stay. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate around....  

The location was perfect for our family trip, allowing us to walk to attractions like the aquarium and Riverwalk. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the river. We enjoyed the added comforts of having a suite and appreciated the lovely patio area. However, the additional parking fee felt unnecessary and could have been better communicated before our arrival.

this hotel was perfect for my weekend getaway, offering super comfy settings and quick access to the beautiful riverfront area just a half-mile away. The nearby creative discovery museum and walnut street bridge make city strolls an absolute delight.

the bathroom was cramped. but the view of the river was stunning! loved the spacious room and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. breakfast had plenty of options too!
